We are glad to announce that Anna Rybinska, PhD student has became a member of QSAR Lab team. She will performance among others in the implementation of R&D project PATROLS (H2020). Congratulations!
Anna Rybinska is the PhD student at the University of Gdansk, Laboratory of Environmental Chemometrics, Faculty of Chemistry. Her research work is based on the development and use of the computational methods to assess the risk to the environment and human health posed by new chemicals (mainly ionic liquids) and photocatalytic systems. She has experience in the application of chemometric methods for data analysis, QSAR/QSPR modeling for estimating the relationship between chemical structure of compound and activity/physicochemical properties.
She is the author and co-author of the research publications in the fields of chemistry and environmental risk assessment in leading international journals (e.g. Green Chemistry, Journal of Molecular Liquids, Journal of Hazardous Materials), co-author of two chapters in books and several oral and poster presentations presented at national and international conferences. She participates in the implementation of two research grants funded by the National Science Centre.
