We are pleased to announce that the project “PeptAlm \u2013 Artificial Intelligence based platform for the analysis of peptide-protein interactions from virtually generated peptide libraries” received a grant from Narodowe Centrum Bada\u0144 i Rozwoju in Fast Track call. <\/p>\n

The total budget of the project is PLN 5,697,197.41.<\/p>\n

The project is led by QSAR Lab in partnership with NanoExpo and Instytut Biotechnologii i Medycyny Molekularnej.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to develop PeptAIm \u2013 a unique, AI-powered, web-based bioinformatics platform that supports the design and development of molecular diagnostic tests. PeptAIm will allow users to select customised ligands-peptides, characterized by the highest affinity and spatial fit to the target receptor-protein. PeptAIm platform will aid the development of novel molecular diagnostic tests for emerging or known diseases such as COVID-19. The core of the PeptAIm platform is an innovative, experimentally validated algorithm, supported by machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).<\/p>\n
